Made 4 Life
Living In London
Welcome to Living in London. This topic is all about the capital city, its history, where it is and how it has changed over the last few years. We will be covering iconic buildings, the River Thames and new developments to the local area. We will be introducing a new book, Paddington which links with our topic. We have already been on an amazing visit around London which you can look at below. There will be plenty more to look forward to! Please see the topic letter below for more information!
Over the next 2 weeks, Year 2 will embark on a journey of discovery through the arts. Linking with our River theme, children will explore New York and its influence on the modern art world. We will look closely at the Hudon River and create pieces of art surrounding this. Not only will we be compiling artwork, but working on dances and music from 20th Century New York musicians, and modern influences as well.
